Medsea Properties aims to offer transparent and flexible service terms. This Cancellation Policy explains the guidelines for cancelling any service or engagement with us.

1. Property Service Cancellations
Once a client commits to a service (property consulting, documentation, site visit arrangement, etc.), administrative and operational costs are incurred.
Therefore, any service fees paid are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.

2. Appointment or Site Visit Cancellations
Appointments or property visits can be rescheduled with prior notice (minimum 24 hours).
In case of cancellations, no refund is applicable for costs already incurred.

3. Refunds (if applicable)
If a payment was made in error or duplicate, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days, after verification.
Refunds will be credited to the same mode of payment used during the transaction.

4. Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute regarding cancellation or refund, both parties agree to resolve it amicably. If unresolved, it will be governed by the laws of India under the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
